Sleeping in my own home

Coming up on my birthday Feb.21 2024 I will be in my new home for 3 years. In the first year it was a very big change and was very wired at first. In the beginning the slightest sound would scare me, but over time I would know it's the washer/dryer, or dishwasher, or the garbage man outside.

In the beginning I would not sleep by myself I would have to have ether my dog or my mom with me. Now it doesn't faze me to be alone and I love it.
